1. Agreement

By using CITY FSD or creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Your account

• Give your real name and a mobile / WhatsApp number and email address that belong to you.
• One person per account. Do not share your password; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
• We may ask you to confirm your number with a WhatsApp code, and we may place an account on hold or suspend it if these terms are broken.

3. Using CITY FSD

You may use CITY FSD to find, compare and contact businesses and services, and to share honest experiences. You must not:

• add fake businesses, pretend to be someone else, or claim a business you don't own or represent;
• post anything illegal, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory or that invades someone's privacy;
• send spam or advertising in reviews, messages or listings;
• copy listings or reviews in bulk, use bots to collect data, or try to get around the website's security or limits;
• upload viruses or anything designed to harm the website or its users.

4. Business listings

• Only add a business you own or are allowed to represent, and keep its details correct and up to date.
• Our team checks new listings before they go live. Changes to a live listing's name, category, area or address are also checked first.
• We may edit, reject, suspend or remove a listing that is inaccurate, duplicated, misleading or against these terms, and we will tell the owner why where possible.
• Business listings run on a yearly plan. A listing is shown while its year is paid (or covered by a coupon from us); when the year ends without renewal, the listing is hidden, not deleted, and comes back as soon as it is renewed. Payments are for the listing period and are not refunded once the listing has gone live. Featured placement at the top of search may be offered separately and is limited to the agreed period.

5. Claims and verification

• Claim a listing only if you are its owner or an authorised representative. Proof you send must be genuine.
• We decide claims and verification requests after checking the information given. We may contact you by phone to confirm.
• The blue verified badge means the owner's documents were checked by our team at that time. It does not mean we endorse the business or its products and services.

6. Reviews

• Reviews must describe your own genuine experience. One review per business per account.
• Do not review your own business, a business you work for, or a competitor, and do not offer or accept payment or gifts for reviews.
• Keep it respectful. Criticism is welcome; insults, threats, personal details and false claims are not.
• Reviews go live immediately. Anyone can report a review, and our team may hide or remove reviews that break these rules. We do not remove honest reviews just because a business disagrees with them.
• Business owners may reply publicly to reviews of their business.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the text and photos you post. By posting them you allow CITY FSD to show, store, resize, compress and publish them on the website and in its promotion, for as long as they remain on CITY FSD. Only post photos you took yourself or have permission to use.

8. Public offices and emergencies

Details of police stations and other public offices, including officers' names and numbers, can change without notice and may not always be up to date. In an emergency, call Police 15 or Rescue 1122 rather than relying on information on this website.

9. Accuracy of information

Most information on CITY FSD is provided by business owners and users. We work to keep it correct, but we cannot guarantee that every detail, such as prices, opening hours or phone numbers, is always accurate. Please confirm important details with the business directly. Any deal you make is between you and the business; CITY FSD is not a party to it.

10. Liability

CITY FSD is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on information on the website, by businesses listed on it, or by the website being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and removal

We may remove content, or place on hold, suspend or close an account, if these terms are broken or to protect other users. You can stop using CITY FSD at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact page.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use CITY FSD after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Faisalabad.
