Sign in, and reset a forgotten password

Sign in

1. Tap Login at the top of any page.
2. Enter your Email and Password.
3. Tick Remember me on your own phone so you stay signed in.
4. Press Login.

After several wrong passwords in a row, signing in is paused for about a minute to keep your account safe.

Forgot your password?

1. On the login page, tap Forgot password?
2. Enter your email or WhatsApp number and press Continue.
3. We email you a 6-digit code. If your WhatsApp number is verified you can also choose Send the code on WhatsApp instead.
4. Enter the code, then your New password twice, and press Save New Password.

For your safety, changing your password signs you out on your other devices, and we send you a "Your password was changed" notice.
